Philadelphia, PA — ROAR for Good (ROAR) today announced that Sami Asikainen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder Yasmine Mustafa transitions to President & Founder, effective immediately. ROAR protects over 7 million frontline and at-risk workers across more than hundreds of facilities in enterprise healthcare, hospitality, and education, and has a vision to protect 30 million vulnerable people by 2030.

Asikainen joined ROAR as COO in February 2025 and has worked closely alongside the leadership team on operational execution and enterprise growth. He brings nearly 20 years of experience scaling software and hardware-enabled businesses across product, engineering, and business development.

Mustafa, who co-founded ROAR in 2014, will focus on enterprise relationships and advancing the company's national voice on worker safety — the issue at the core of ROAR's founding mission.

The company's triple-patented, network-independent wearable safety platform deploys across enterprise facilities without WiFi, IT integration, or infrastructure investment, and is already in production across hundreds of locations nationwide.
