OUR TEAM

ROAR for Good is not just our company name, it embodies our passion.

Yasmine Mustafa is a tech entrepreneur and community leader. Fueled by a desire to leverage technology for good, she also started the Philadelphia chapter of Girl Develop It, a non-profit focused on empowering women to learn web development skills and she also sits on the board of Coded by Kids which helps inner city kids learn how to code. She loves biking around the city and eating chocolate (but not at the same time).

Charlotte Wells has a background in women's and gender studies, grassroots campaigns, farming, and business development. But, throughout it all, she works for a mission - women's empowerment. She loves rainy days, not wearing makeup, holding hands, drinking coffee with loved ones, traveling, speaking Spanish, advocating for women's sexuality, & dancing.

Mahmoud Mustafa has a background in finance and data analytics - but considers himself a lifelong student of technology. Having previously worked for a VC-backed startup in the Philly area, he discovered his passion for innovative products and solutions. The challenges around building an idea, scaling a product, and ultimately solving a problem are what excite him most about ROAR. The top item on his bucket list: going to Mars (after he visits the rest of Earth!)

Hunter Vargas started as an intern and is now our Community Engagement Manager (and the voice behind our social media channels). She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Temple University's Fox School of Business & Management and has enjoyed growing with the company. After graduating, she temporarily 'moved' to South America for 3-months to volunteer in Lima, Peru and travel. Fun facts about Hunter: She has traveled to 18+ countries, jumped out of a plane, is an excellent gift-giver, and is an aspiring-foodie (how can you not be in Philly?).
